Jaguar Remote and Assistance

I have just had cause to use my Jaguar Remote app.
1. When dialing the Assistance Number it continuously states that the "System is Busy" and to try again later. I fully understand that this might occur occasionally but surely not continually.
2. The Jaguar Assistance App states that it is not being supported after July this year.
Does anyone else know of these problems?

Which app are we on about? Jaguar Remote?
And where have you seen this?
 
It came up on the screen when I tried to access it.

I now have the very disturbing situation that the Car shown is NOT MINE but belongs to a Mike in London Reg OX62 ZZZ, even more, worrying I appear to have access to his remote lock and start together with all his journey details and addresses.

I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again, it was at this point the screen showed that " This app will not be supported after 19th of July 2022" and then invited me to upload a newer version which I have, with success. - ( I am not very computer savvy)

I have tried calling the assistance number 0880224684 again - some three hours after the initial attempt only to be told that "This system is busy" still!!

Don't panic.

You have the wrong and old app.
And the wrong number.
And your also in demo mode.

It is not someone else's car! There is no such car with that reg. That is the car used for demo'ing the app and is NOT real.

After you have installed the correct app you need to sign in.
Then click on more on the menu, and then assistance. (After signing in).

Have deleted the app and reinstalled and all is working, though annoyingly it shows that various parts are not locked - even though they are.
