Hi,<div> Does Jaguar offer 7 days drive away insurance ? and would anyone know how to get it ?</div><div><br></div><div>Ryan.</div>

Beware, they need a tracker to insure it against theft!<br /><br />Direct Line did not stipulate a tracker. so I just continued my existing cover for an extra £126.<edited><editID>HECKTORF</editID><editDate>2013-08-27 15:53:00</editDate></edited>

Guys you need to check out Tesco Insurance, got mine for £285 all in, includes NCP, legal cover and courtesy car, it was cheaper than my XF which I traded for the F type. I do know that post codes help here, so living in the middle of Suffolk might have a good part to play, either way I thought I would let you know,<div><br></div><div>PS, My dealer arranged 7 day insurance for free from Jag, no tracker required.</div>

The Insurance and the need for Tracker systems does seem to vary between companies.<div> </div><div>Some companies will not insure a car at all without a tracker being fitted, some will but at a higher premium.</div><div> </div><div>Whether or not it is worth paying the higher premium to avoid the Tracker expense is up to the car owner as to what fits them best.</div><div> </div><div>One thing I did notice was that online, some companies do not seem to 'demand' a tracker when you put in your application but when you read the small print it will state something like. 'The theft of the vehicle under this policy will not be covered unless a tracking device is fitted'</div><div> </div><div>So it is definitely a case of <span dir="auto"><i>Caveat emptor</i></span></div>
