Good forecast for the next couple of weeks so the F-Type has emerged from it's winter cocoon, ready for taxing on Monday.
Can't wait to get out for a top down run out.

Nice one!

Always good to see it doesn't come out as a 1976 Allegro Estate, don't you think :o

..although seeing the unveiling I am put in mind of a tin of Quality Street with the wrappers.

And yes, now get that roof down and drive it!

😂😂
Or you open up the Carcoon and find there's nothing inside😳

Bet you can't wait to get it back on the road again, enjoy!

Some of the best top down drives are on a cold crisp frosty morning. Not sure I can compute why you'd lock it up for the winter, why go without something so fun for months? Maybe you're married and used to that!

Joking aside, you don't even have road salt to worry about living on the south coast. I live in NE Scotland and it's used right through the winter at weekends, then gets a comprehensive clean\detail around this time of the year ready for the summer. Let's hope that's all the snow for this year!

Normally in the Carcoon as we go away for 3-4 months over the winter.
All tucked up in November, other car loaded, ferry booked for the following day, then lockdown.
As weather was iffy and non essential travel banned decided to leave her in the Carcoon.

I was just teasing, but yeah understand given your fortunate circumstances :)

I've only done around 600 miles since Nov myself due to Covid and the constant ice\snow since xmas up here.
