Italian Racing Red - history lesson sought

In a post I can no longer find, someone kindly replied to a question with a link to the autobytel site showing the range of colours available for the 2016 F Type model - this showed IRR Metallic, with no non metallic IRR option listed

On the same site, the colours for 2014 and 2015 include IRR only (no mention of metallic) -not sure if these were for both convertible and coupe
This is a US site which may have different options to the UK (RHD) models

Does anyone know the history of IRR for the UK models and which years the non metallic and metallic versions were available for the convertible - apologies in advance if this info is easily available, but I hope to find an IRR convertible and am trying to narrow down my search

IRR (Italian Racing Red) is a metallic colour. The non metallic reds were Caldera Red (2016) and Salsa Red (earlier I think).
