Is the Visibility Pack worth it

One of the options available is the "Visibility Pack" which includes:<div><br><div><span style="color: rgb68, 68, 68; font-family: ProximaNovaRgRegular, Helvetica, sans-serif, 'Lucida Sans Unicode', Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; widows: 1;">Heated windscreen with timer, Adaptive Front Bi-function HID Xenon lighting (with LED Daytime Running Lights, Positional Lamps, Direction Indicators and Cornering Lamps) and Intelligent High Beam Assist (£1075)</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb68, 68, 68; font-family: ProximaNovaRgRegular, Helvetica, sans-serif, 'Lucida Sans Unicode', Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; widows: 1;"><br></span></div><div style="widows: 1;"><font color="#444444" face="ProximaNovaRgRegular, Helvetica, sans-serif, Lucida Sans Unicode, Arial" size="2">Has anyone got this pack and is it worth having on the Coupe ?</font></div><div style="widows: 1;"><font color="#444444" face="ProximaNovaRgRegular, Helvetica, sans-serif, Lucida Sans Unicode, Arial" size="2"><br></font></div><div style="widows: 1;"><font color="#444444" face="ProximaNovaRgRegular, Helvetica, sans-serif, Lucida Sans Unicode, Arial" size="2">Thanks.</font></div></div>

I have this on my coupe.<br /><br />The heated screen is great. Even if we have not had much frost yet. Been great at demisting and once defrosting. No scrapping the screen and scratching the glass.<br /><br />The headlights are good and bright and the adaptive and cornering lights seem to work well.<br /><br />The high beam assist works but seems a little slow to dip when oncoming traffic appears. So not convinced by it.<br /><br />But overall I believe it is worth it.<br /><br />Tomsk

I'm a big fan of all parts of the pack. Both adaptive lighting and high beam assist were great on narrow roads around Cornwall, giving good visibility and could keep my hands on the wheel and focused on keeping the car on the road.<br /><br />Not had to use the windscreen yet but I know it'll come into it's own in time.

I'm not sure what the standard lights are but once you go to Xenon you never go back, the white light is fantastic and I love adaptive lights although to be honest I don't often drive this one in the dark too often so haven't fully seen this benefit. I'd say add it, deffo.

Nope, had it on one rental, not on the other and don't have on my own, don't miss it tbh. Gismo not essential for me. Jess x

I dont have it, and the light is clear and crisp with decent range, dont miss it at all. I also have the electric folding mirrors, and tbh they dont actually fold that much, bit of a waste of money I think.<br><br><br>

<div> </div><div>I think that all Jag F Types are fitted with Bi-Function HID Xenon headlights.</div><div> </div><div>The fancy bits such as Adaptive headlights are the extra cost.</div><div> </div><div> </div>

I think the heated front screen would be very good to have at certain times of the year, as I get tend to get persistent misting without a/c and the fan working all the time which then tends to spoil the drive and can sometimes take over the whole driving experience.....fan on...fan off....fan on....fan off......oh sod it, i'll just open the window and freeze my right ear off instead.<br><br>I don't really feel the need for the other bits, but a heated screen would be nice. I had one on my Morgan and it was ace.<br>

the thing i have is the heating pack, which gives heated windows, steering wheels and seats, its very nice for a convertible :D, so id still skip the lights! Surprisingly im quite keen on the heated steering wheel, wasnt to bothered about it, just wanted the heating pack for the missus, so it was a pleasant surprise, I find myself switching it on all the time now :D<br>

Totally 100% worth it. Auto high beam works really well. I also have the heating bells and whistles and would highly recommend that package too

I second Geoffg - I have the pack on my machine. The adaptive lights work a treat for me as well. I haven't experienced any issues - certainly made my drive back tonight easier in the dark and rain - better than keeping a finger permanently on the stalk.....

Yeah I would say that it's worth it - the auto high beam takes a bit of getting use to or should I say trusting, in that, is it going to dip, is it....yes!<div>I also have the other pack, with the heated steering wheel etc. I also didn't think I would use it much, but I have to say its great and I use it all the time and would put it on my list for next time!</div>
