Sorry, I do not the specific Jaguar software versions or which modules/components H239 updates.
How to tell whether you've had the software update...

Dear simpleaR,
I add my svr and delete my p300 of the incontroll app.
The svr does not show the option of remote climate, as my 2017 p300 did.
The svr is originaly from Luxemburg. As far as i know, they dont have the legal rule against retome start.
Do you know, if its possible to unlock this feature ?

Your car, number 49766, was original made for Portugal market but was diverted and registered in Luxembourg.
This might be why some features are locked. This would need to be logged with Jaguar Customer Care to see whether the feature could be unlocked.
However I fear they either won't understand the question or quite frankly won't be bothered to help. But you can but try. It is setting that needs to be updated on Jaguar system and possibly a SOTA (software over the air) update sent to the vehicle or plugged into pathfinder to update the ECU.
EDIT
Presuming the other Incontrol settings work and it has a valid subscription. Can you remote unlock the car? If not the subscription is missing or you might need to wait 48 hours for Jaguar systems to update .
