How many is too many

Apologies if this has been asked before but how many previous owners is too many. I have my eyes on my first F type, it’s a 2016 but has had 3 owners so I would be the 4th. Would that be a red flag for you?
 
I'd rather have a car with 3 careful owners than one with a single bad one. Check the car's history to see if it was moved on because of issues, otherwise buy on condition - you should be able to tell if the car has been loved or abused.
 
Hello for me 4 to 5 owners in a short time I tend to have some concerns. ... currently I have been looking for a V8 version F Type I have seen a couple of examples but as soon as I find out 4 or more owners I have lost interest in that particular example ... but you never know as the car may me fine as this is just the way I think 🤔.. for example I have owned mine from new and will be 4 years old this coming May ... and with only 4000 miles on the clock with a jaguar warranty would be a good buy for someone (please note mine is not for sale ) so tend to look for one owner examples also get nervous of inheriting loads of hidden problems / faults hence why I purchase new .. but for me a new V8 purchase is outside my budget as we have another 2 cars to run as well ... but you do get a feel for a car once seen in the flesh etc .. but has it been thrashed a inch from its life on a regular basis ?. You would never know ..
All this is just my humble opinion of course
