Hello everyone,
I've been reading all the posts in the forums for the pastst several months even before I bought the F type.
Before I start I must thank everyone for the wealth of information we have here regarding everything F-type, and it certainly helped me immensely in expanding my own (limited) knowledge about everything F-type before I took the plunge.
Some of the names on the forum I recognise from the Jaginfo forums which is also a great site.
My last car was a XFS 3.0D. Very comfortable, tons of torque, but somehow I was missing the fun. Even driving the wife's XE gave me more of a buzz.
Its now been 3 months since Ive swapped the XFS for the 400AWD and am loving it.
The ride is quite hard, the car is quite loud and I no longer listen to the radio, parking can be a bit of a pain, getting in/out of car took some practice.
But to sum it up. I am loving every minute of it. Going to work is a pleasure and returning home after a busy day is even more fun.
Thanks again.
Frank.
