Does anybody know where i can get a wiring loom for a heated steering wheel? I bought a new heated wheel but i don't have the extra bit of loom that it needs

Unfortunately I’m pretty sure you can’t just get that bit of loom separately and it’s not the sort of thing you can pick up.
If you were unaware at the time I’d be asking the seller where it is / getting a refund.
The part you can get is the power supply that clips onto the steering column in place of the plastic dummy piece.

This is what you need:

Very easy to fit, I did it myself the other week. Just remove the lower cowl, remove the blank module and replace it with this.
If only everything on the F type was plug and play liked this!

No, the bare wheel has some extra wiring.
If you look at this bare wheel, it doesn’t have the extra loom

Look at this one it has the extra loom

My non heated wheel didnt have the extra wiring.
I have bought the loom after taking ages to find it.

Summers coming why do you need a heated wheel 😁

You're confusing needs with wants. ;)
Besides, winter follows summer, and we get chilly mornings in spring and autumn.

Hi Graham, I have the same issue - I have the wheel, the plug in module and the switch pack - but I'm missing the loom.
Where did you find yours and what was it called - don't suppose there's a part number?
Thanks
