I'm considering changing the headlights on my pre-facelift late 2015 coupe, due to micro cracking in the lenses. Perusing a well know online auction site
I've noticed that bi-xenon pre-facelift lights are available with either chrome trim around the bulb housing (as mine currently are) or black - which I prefer.
Any idea why the difference? Does it signify a difference in spec and therefore point towards a potential compatibility issue, or was it just an aesthetic thing?
For further context my car doesn't have directional headlights and the pair I've been looking at aren't directional either - so apart from trim colour, there doesn't appear to be a difference.
