Hi all,<div><br></div><div>I'm Hannah and I have recently joined the Social Media team! I will be the Jaguar representative on this forum moving forwards.</div><div><br></div><div>I will be continuing to provide a point of contact for any concerns and enquiries that you may have and therefore would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. </div><div><br></div><div>Should you have any concerns or enquiries that you would like to raise with me, please do not hesitate to send me a PM with your contact and vehicle details as well as a brief description and I would be more than happy to assist.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you, </div><div><br></div><div>Hannah.</div>

Hello Hannah.<br>Welcome from me!<br><br>Social Medea Team? Is that within Jaguar UK or specifically this forum?<br><br>I'm quite new to the forum. Perhaps I'm not up to speed as to how this forum is run. Most of the forums I put my time into are perhaps more independent to the manufacturing marque than this one. <br>

Hi,<div><br></div><div>The Social Media Team is part of Jaguar UK.</div><div><br></div><div>I am part of the Customer Relations Team here in the UK and I will be providing a point of contact on this forum on behalf of the brand in order to provide assistance where possible.</div><div><br></div><div>Please do not hesitate to send me a PM if you do have any concerns/ enquiries.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Thank you,</div><div><br></div><div>Hannah</div>

Ok thanks Hannah.<br>All understood now.<br><br>I hope that you can help to resolve some of the quality issues raised by some of the members on here.<br>It's quite unsettling to read some of the problems/defects being posted up here.<br>It would be foolish of anyone to assume that their car would never have a single defect, but the main thing I think is that Jaguar get to know quickly and clearly what issues there are and can make a positive move to solve those warranty issues and reassure the rest of us that we will be looked after if/when needed.<br><br>With this in mind, I wish you all the best in your new role, and say welcome once more!<br>

Hi,<div><br></div><div>Thanks for your reply and please be assured I am more than willing to help with any concerns you may have.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you for the support that you have shown.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Kind regards,</div><div><br></div><div>Hannah</div>

Hi Hannah and welcome!<div> </div><div>This is a very positive and proactive action, and I hope there will be mutual benefits from this.</div><div> </div><div>Being from Norway and having bought my 2015 R second hand in Germany, I hope you can provide some help for me as well, should I need it. There are not many F-types sold in Norway, and no Norwegian Jaguar forums, so it is not easy to find someone with good experience and knowledge here.</div><div> </div><div>No issues so far, and I am very satiesfied with my car.</div>

Welcome Hannah but if you say phrases like 'representative on this forum moving forwards' you'll have to leave. We only speak normal on here, none of this corporate crap.....!!!!<br>

welcome Hannah - good to see Jaguar being so proactive <div> </div><div>As it happens I'm 100% happy with my F type 340ps coupe and the team at Stratstone Wolverhampton have been spot on (particularly Ellie in sales and Richard - Manager) </div>

Welcome Hannah, <span style="line-height: 16.7999992370605px;">congrats on the new job. I suggest you try convincing your manager it's important that as the face of Jaguar F-type you represent them on the road too and thus should have an F as your company car ;o)</span> <div><br></div><div>Loving my car, and the great reactions I get to it everywhere we go. </div><div><br></div><div>Jess</div><div><br></div><div>p.s. How much are you guys wishing 'pete' had picked something a little more generic when he first signed up ;o)</div><div><br></div>

Maybe, Pete is now Hannah (can even get it done free on the NHS!) <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />

Could be but, then again, Pete often signed off as Ryan!! <br><br>Anyway, welcome Hannah and good luck in your new role.<br><br>Regards.<br><br><br>Scoobydoo<br>
