Front grill cross beam

Hi guys. I have a slightly shorter registration plate that I am trying to fit to the front of the car. I removed the plate holder and unfortunately there are a lot of holes where someone has drilled previously, that won’t be covered by my shorter plate.

I believe these can be repaired but I wondered if anyone knows if you can buy a new cross beam, an idea of cost, and whether it’s a simple fit???

I would go for a smart repair to the existing one as it should not be too expensive.
