Front air vent order time

Anyone have any idea how long it takes to a replacement for the front air vent. My local indie ordered it for me 2 months ago and still no sign
 
Don't know mate but a big shortage of parts the last year or so , chase them up
 
Call the parts dept of your local dealer for a quote and delivery. They will tell you an estimated time and if on back order expected delivery from the supplier. They can also tell you if in stock at any dealer. If they don’t have stock they send a request to the factory and get a date
Just been through that process getting a LR part that my indie was told was on back order with no delivery date. Got it in 2 weeks…
Reasonable to assume both sides of the business operate the same way
 
Not sure if you’re ordering a new centre vent because it isn't opening and closing properly? If so, and the car is out of warranty, you could try repairing it as I did..... https://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=5183
