Freshly detailed F Type

After purchasing my F Type, I was very keen to get her professionally detailed to bring every aspect back to life, and to ease my maintenance washes.

I wanted the paint corrected and ceramic coated, along with the interior and engine bay to receive some attention.

After many many hours researching various companies in Essex, I decided to take the car to AWC in Shoeburyness.

They spent a solid 3 full days doing the job.
I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so naturally my expectations are extremely high, and somehow AWC managed to exceed them!

To say I’m thrilled with the results would be an understatement.

Your paintwork certainly looks lovely and flat/wet. The different colours in the grey really 'pop' in the sunlight nicely.

You're missing a trim clip on the LH side scuttle cover, (They are a PITA for coming undone) and either your screen is delaminating in the bottom corner or theres a build up of dirt there which is unlikely since it's freshly detailed?

Me too!
It annoys me when the ends get bent or broken.

Apologies for straying off topic - although it’s all part of a good detailing.

Thank you kind sir, you have a good eye.

I'll have a little look at that in a min and will be buying a few of those clips.

Had a little look, and luckily, must've just been the light in that photo as there's no issue in sight in that area of the screen.
Phew!

Looks lovely

I use Alex at AWC too - very impressive young man who deserves to do well. His operation and facilities are slick. Happy to recommend him.

Excellent!

I was thoroughly impressed too and wouldn’t hesitate going back there in the future.

That's a really good outcome and looks fantastic, but makes me anxious as it's about the same MY, same colour a wheels, but needs a treatment like that.
