Seems a bit steep but I guess this is a lot cheaper than a main stealer.

Sorry, I never noticed that cats was a 2016 model.

I find it hard to believe they redesigned the footwell for the 2016 MY. But what do I know?

No worries I can't imagine its that different, I did spot that but worth a punt imo.

The footwell design did change when Jaguar introduced AWD as the footmats are different.

I've no idea of if this will fit or not.

I would also be interested if you are sucessful.

Well it turned up today and what brilliant quick service from Rimmer's. It is a lovely bit of kit and I can see why JLR want over £150!!
Fits a my2017 f type with no issues. At the end of the day it is 3no 7mm holes in the carpet so I can't see why there should be an issue.
Looks a treat and very pleased (especially the price)
Only slight difference is the pattern doesn't quite match but not that noticeable so I guess that may be where the model year makes a difference.

Was there any problem drilling the carpet ?

No no problem at all. The chrome plate has three studs that protrude into the plastic trim clips. The backing plate can be used as a template for the holes. You literally run the drill into the carpet and through the insulation without touching metal if you see what I mean.

Thanks for that info. I haven't fitted mine yet as I was concerned that I'd be drilling through the floorpan. I'll get it done soon.
