I know this is really sad, but I have a 600ml Sigg bottle I like to use in the car. It has a neoprene jacket and it keeps water nice and cold for a good while, I've had it years and I'm quite attached to it.

However, the F-Type cupholders are just a little bit snug and I can forget about sticking it in the door "bin" as that's about 2 inches wide... I've come to the conclusion that it will have to live elsewhere and I need a new one.

Anyone any good ideas for nice water bottles for long journeys that will fit in the door as well as the central holders please?
 
The rubber insert in the cup holder cubby can easily be removed so you could possibly remove it and see if you could modify it or replace it with something else that the bottle will fit better in.
 
Hi, the issue is less with the cup holder and more the narrowness of the door pockets. When I’m with the wife on a long trip I like a coffee and a water…
