Face-lift Suspension

Hi all,

I've been given a lovely P450 for the weekend as my P380 is in for repair work. Have to say the tweaks they have made to the facelift suspension makes a noticeable difference to ride comfort at low speeds or bumpy roads. P380 isn't bad by any means, but I've just done 300 miles with a final blast through Dartmoor and I was very impressed by how it dealt with the undulating moors.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if the 380 suspension can be tweaked to match the 450? Or can the new setup be retrofitted?

I don’t know is the short answer but I do remember reading that the SVR rode better than the R and the SVR suspension was carried over into the facelift P575. So maybe all facelift cars have the SVR style suspension?
Is the P450 you have RWD or AWD?
The extra weight over the front wheels of an AWD car might also make a difference.

It's one of the main reasons I've traded up to a P450 - suspension is like chalk and cheese vs pre-facelift - much more comfortable and stable. Add in the steering and gearbox improvements (the latter taken from Project 8 learning) together with that V8 engine and it's an amazing package.
