Hi folks , has anyone got the Moble phone holder made by Swedish company Brodit? Would like some feed back before I make a purchase.

Nope, my phone actually sits really neatly where the dynamic switch is, although hubbies phone is too big for the same trick.

Sorry, can't help you here. I use one that extends from the 12v socket, although it's not the finest looking one.<div><br></div><div>I've seen pics of a small magnetic one that can stick on the dash just above the screen, which looked neat and compact (Scosche, or some brand like that), although it requires a magnet on the back of the phone (not an option for me as I'll lose my wireless charging which the magnet will cover up!).</div>

I use the Schosche magnet holder. Stick next to the S badge in front of the centre vent. Works really well and looks smart.

I found the Kenu Airframe so versatile and simple. I did fit it a couple of times on the centre vent and worked quite well with the perfect visual height, problem though was I once forgot to take it off the vent when I switched the ignition off and the vent lowered of course with the Kenu fitted to it. Holy crap!!!! I quickly took it off...too late, the vent went limp on me!!!!! The vent wouldn't go up, I felt like a right plonker and thought this is gonna cost me at least £300 to get it fixed. Next day the vent miraculously worked!! Wahoo!! Its been working fine every since and this was a month ago the stupid episode happened. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THE KENU AIRFRAME WITH THE CENTRE VENT!!!! Anyways I did find a simple solution to fit the phone with the Kenu Airframe as demonstrated in the photo. The Kenu Airframe is of good quality build and only costs £4 on eBay. <div>I have a Kenu airframe+ which is great in most other cars. However, as pointed out, is a definite no go in the Jaguar middle vents!</div><div><br></div>I got my Scosche Magic Mount yesterday, following the advice from another Jaguar Forum. I've fitted it, but being a UK car, I fitted it to the other side of the dash.<div>It is perfectly reachable and stable even with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. (Gave it a quick run with some decent acceleration to check.)</div><div>My Note 3 has a wireless charging coil inside on the back between the back cover and the battery. Initially I tried to use just the metal in the charging coil to stick, but found it wasn't very strong connecting to the magnet, so in the end I have placed the Scosche metal plate below the charging coil (and but still between the battery and the case.</div><div>This way, my phone sticks to the magnet via the bottom half rather than centre. However I can confirm the phone still works just fine on a QI wireless charger without having to fiddle around with anything. So I've got the best of both worlds!</div><div><br></div><div><img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/uploads/671/20160430_110528.jpg" height="393" width="700" border="0" /><br></div><div><br></div><div>http://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f-type-x152-72/best-place-mount-smartphone-f-type-123842/</div><div><br></div>
