Exhaust valve issues

Hi All.

I have a 2014 F Type 3.0 S and suspect the exhaust valves aren't working correctly. The valves themselves seem to be working fine and are open on start up and idle but then close when revs pick up which I suspect is correct functionality. However, the issue I have is when I turn the Dynamic Mode on the valves also don't' stay open. The car doesn't have switchable exhaust mode function/button.

Does anybody have a similar issue or know what the issue may be?
 
I believe the valves are ecu controlled based on throttle position and revs regardless of you pressing the noise button, that's how my old V8 one worked till I upgraded and put remote controls on which allow me to have the valves open or shut when I want.
 
From what i have read it varies across years; and software versions.
On my 2021; it was
- open in neutral (with exhaust button pressed or dynamic mode)
- closed as soon as driven off
- opened again about 3000rpm

I pulled fuse 15 which means they're now permanently open and 0 regrets
 
The OP has a 2014 V6 S. I thought all the MY15 S variants had active exhaust and button. So no button means it's not an S and that sounds like the normal operation of the exhaust.
