Exhaust Filter Full

Apologies in advance however could not find anything on the above topic in previous threads.

Appreciate any assistance, i have a 2018 p380 awd, on my way to town I red alert message appeared "Exhaust filter full Engine power will be reduced" followed by Driving below 50mph for up to 15 mins will clean filter.
I followed the advise however despite driving for about 30 min the warning remains. I contacted local dealership Jaguar Sidcup who advises me the next available booking slot they have is Nov 2022.

Has anyone had this warning? How did you resolve?

Beadles Sidcup appears to be covering far too great an area if it has no availability for three months. Worth contacting SE Jags?

Thanks have you used them previously?

It's a strange message as you would expect that to relate to a DFP in diesel.

By 2018 do you mean it's an 18 plate or model year (MY) 18. Cars from 59207 have GPF (gasoline particle filters) but not seen one with such a message which would lean me more to sensor fault.

Hope you get it sorted and please post back a resolution for all.

Sorry, no I haven't but only heard good things about them.

I use Beadles and it's been a little hit and miss.

So received my baby back from dealer today….seems one of the two sensors on exhaust failed thus resulting in error. Once sensor replaced all seems fine however…she does not seem as loud as before….how can I check if they have done a software update which I asked not to be done
