Excessive vibrations when idling - advice needed !

Hey all, hope someone can help or maybe has experienced the issue.

My P300 FType seems to have excessive vibrations on start up (cold start), and when I select drive it becomes more aggressive.

However once the engine is nice and warm these vibrations no longer exists.

I've had all 4 fuel injectors changes as they were siezed and misfiring, I've had the cam shaft actuator bank B changed, and completed an engine flush and oil service.

Any idea what this could be or advice on what I can do next. My next thought is a transmission service 🤷🏼

Car only has 38k miles 😩

Engine mounts look OK.

Hi scm, No codes, all codes that were on the car were related to misfire and cam shaft actuator, but they cleared once I had the injectors and actuator replaced. Vibration remains.

Mine did the same... Ended up being bad engine mounts... These are vacuum assisted and mine were both leaking....

Thanks @rtmyers1, I have booked it in with my local mechanic on Wednesday to check the engine mounts. How much was your repair if you don't mind me asking? I've spend so much on this car and haven't driven it for 8 months due to misfiring, actuators and shit mechanics.

Mine was fixed under warranty so I don't know... From other comments I've seen on line the engine mounts on the p300 had problems the first few years... Mine is a 2019... Mounts were bad at 20K miles... There are a lot of comments about mounts on the Ingenium 4 in other Jaguar cars, but some of these are diesels... I would get a loud rattle and you could feel the vibration when the engine was cold... it would go away when the engine was warmed up... With the new mounts there is no noise and no vibration... Good luck...

One more thought... If there is a vacuum leak that can prevent the mounts from stopping idle vibrations... There's a fairly long and "complex" hose system running down to the mounts...

Thanks rtmyer1, mine is a 2019 too so signs seem to be pointing to the engine mounts. Thanks for the advice and will let you know how I get on tomorrow

Just for information I had the motor mounts replaced twice. Once at 15k km and the second time at 35k km. Both times under warranty. I completely understand the feeling. the vibration was very bad when cold, to the point I fell ashamed to take a passenger.
My 2020 still has this slight vibration but not nearly as bad (at 45k km)
Good luck in sorting it out!
Nick
