Just returned from an epic euro road trip, driving through Belgium, Alsace, Germany, Switzerland, Italian Lakes, then back through France. Spotted a nice black convertible V8 (German plate RS FT 500) parked up next to me in the Cannero Riviera and a silver one on the Simplon Pass. I wanted to do the Furka Pass but was still closed  Great to see other F-Types out there, but certainly a rare sighting in some of these countries.

Yes, pics please ! Sounds like a brilliant road trip 👌🏻

Try Furka Pass another time. It's a great road with stunning views and be sure to stop near the Gletch Hotel and go for a walk inside the glacier

Sounds excellent. Just like road trips around Scotland, this is what the F-Type was built for. Did you do any particular roads in Alsace? I'm just waiting for a week day with good weather to pop over there for some favourite road carving in the Vosges.

@KM69MZX yeah I wanted to do the Furka Pass but it was still closed (in June!!)
@majortom the areas west / north-west of Colmar are lovely, and some great restaurants too!
A few pics attached. Definitely recommend going :-)IMG_6179.JPEGIMG_5941.JPEGIMG_5964.JPEG

Definitely, the Vosges west of Colmar are the place to go. Was there yesterday. :) A similar distance to the east, across the border to Germany you also have the Black forest which I actually think seems a bit overrated (especially the supposedly iconic B500 road) and not quite as good for driving as the Vosges.
