Engine won't crank / start

I've had my F V8R about 6 weeks now.
Soon after I got it, it didn't turn over every time I tried to start it. Just seemed to switch on ignition and do some checks. Then it started on a second attempt.

Until last weekend. Tried to start it, it did its usual thing, but then I got a message saying battery low start engine. So I tried again and after a few attempts it started.

I got a new battery as I had noticed that my CTEK never got it to full charge.

Still had the problem, and it started getting worse so that it started maybe 1 attempt in 10.

Been through all the earths and other big connections from the back through to the front and on to starter motor.

Used a jump lead to bridge engine to body earth. No luck.

Plugged in my Foxwell diagnostic and it Diagnosed starter relay fault. Got a new one from the Jag dealer, who told me the relay was on the box to left of engine bay. Found the only 40A 5 pin relay in there and replaced it. Still didn't sort the problem, which was getting worse. Starting 1 in 20 attempts maybe, now it doesn't start at all.

I did notice on 1 attempt that it started just as I was giving up and taking my foot off the brake pedal. I thought there might be a problem with the brake light switch and jiggling the wires I did get a brake light switch fault on the dash briefly. Tried the brake light switch from my Disco 4, didn't help.

Has anyone come across this problem?

I know I need to run the diagnostic again, but I'm on holiday - which was supposed to be with the F Type.

Also planning to order a brake light switch in case it is different to the Disco one. FoMoCo part, seemed to be the same.

Any other suggestions?

Does anyone have a map of the fuses and relays for a 2015 V8 R?

Thanks for reading!

Fuel level - check sufficient
Battery - what's the voltage as new ones can be faulty?
Can you hear the fuel pump priming before you crank?
Is the starter motor turning when you crank it?
Check the continuity of the brake switch with a meter first rather than replacing it

Bad connection/corrosion on main earth cable?
(Behind wheel arch lining on front offside, presuming UK)

Checked that, seems ok. Bit ran a jumper cable between engine and body earth. Didn't make a difference.
