I can't see mixing 1L of 5W30 with 0W20 making that much of an issue. The one is slightly thicker both at normal and hot temperature, and since oils mix then it will just cause the net oil in the system to be slightly more viscous than just 0W20.
Since the F-type has 16k or 1 year service intervals, then if kept on this schedule the oil will be changed 'regularly' so shouldn't cause any residual issues.

I was a bit annoyed when I made the journey to get 0W20 oil specifically as the manual says, and saw they had topped it up with 5W30 which I already have at home. It's getting the first major service next month so will be changing the oil then anyway (no doubt they will fill it with 5W30) - managed to negotiate the price for a major down to £463.00 after asking the dealer to break down the cost of labour, parts etc and then explain to me why they try and charge £632 (nearly £200 more) for a major over a minor, when they don't change the spark plugs. (apparently they don't change them until the 100k service?! )

Major is 2hrs labour - £250. Parts, filters, fluids etc accumulated to about £180... hence they had no where to go really...
