Door seal affecting convertible roof

This is the problem,when I put the convertible roof down then put the windows up, the passenger side is fine but the drivers side window just comes back down.It looks like the rubber seal from the top of windscreen to bottom of door,hinge side is deformed and sending the window back down,anybody had this problem? Or knows the part no and how easy is it to change.thanks in advance

Can you please take a photo to help explain which rubber seal...I suspect I know the culprit, as it gets folded 90 deg out of shape and stops the window completing its travel, but want to make sure before I advise.

Yes I had this not long after I got mine. There was a bit missing. Dealer fixed while I waited, recurred once, since then been fine (2+ years)
