Different tyres on one axle

Had my P450 AWD for a couple of weeks now and really enjoying it although I noticed that in high speed cornering it feels a bit like you need a a couple of bites at it as it mid corner adjustments. Its basically not a smooth process.
I have not been able to clean the car until this morning and noticed that ALL the Pirellis are ZR rated apart from the drivers side which is R rated and although this would not be a major if ALL tyres were either R or ZR rated its not great for a dealer car to come with mixed rated tyres on one axle.

I have fired an email off so lets see what happens.
 
Lets see how they deal with it first. I would like to give them the option to rectify and judge on a positive note.
