Diff oil spec for a MY2018 V6 340hp

Now I'm into the realms of DIY servicing, does anyone know the spec or have details for differential oil for a MY2018 V6 340hp please?

Thanks Lunar.

I wasn't 100% sure which diff I had since I think there at leat 3 different types? I knew it wouldn't be the 'top' diff but wasn't sure about the rest in terms of which model variants and which year.
Good to know the plain vanilla diff has the least problems!

The current problem is, I'm struggling to find it anywhere.

All the Google search places come up with it out of stock/currently unavailable.
There's one on ebay, but the picture is offputting (looks like it's been kicking around in the back of a shed for years).
Amazon, nothing.

What's most disturbing is searching the Castrol websites returns nothing. It's as if it never existed.

Have Castrol superceded it?
Is there an alternative brand that has the same spec?

Giving AI it's free rein but quoting seeing the exact spec. it provides the following info:

The equivalents of Castrol BOT 750B is Castrol Syntrax Long Life 75W-90 This is mentioned as an equivalent in a few discussions. It’s used for both front and rear differentials1. It seems to be the same as Syntrax Long Life 75W90 gear oil.
References are F Pace and Landrover forums

I would however do as mentioned above and drop into a JLR dealership and buy it or contact Opie oils for their recommendation

Yep, an open diff isn’t very fussy about its oil.

Look for the correct grade and a high shear resistance.

And with a diff you don’t need to worry about using a GL4 (rather than GL5) to ensure good synchromesh operation.

You’ll find that Syntrax is now known as Transmax - easier to spot fresh stock then.

Enquiries are out there.

My 'local' Jag dealer isn't that local (unfortunately). They have it in stock but aren't allowed to post liquids.

Castrol themselves have asked for a bit more info from me regarding the exact model I have, and will then come back to me with the equivalent or recommended alternative!
(They also mentioned in their communication that BOT products are only available in OEM shops or manufacturers.)

A couple of other oil manufacturers simply couldn't offer an equivalent or alternative.

Opie's reply,

"You need a 75w-90 GL5 for the diff.
The best ones are the Motul Gear 300, Red Line 75w-90 GL5, Fuchs Titan Race Syn 5, Millers CRX, Amsoil Severe Gear and Gulf Competition.
Castrol Transmax Universal LL/ Transmax Axle, Millers XF Premium MTF/ Nanodrive EE, Valvoline, Amsoil Severe Gear, Mobil SHC, Total Traxium Dual 9FE and Comma MV MTF Plus are also good options."
