Hi,

Did we need to close the original thread for tech reasons? Everyone knew where the thread was .... Now we'll surely just have a lots of one off posts for spotted F-types (2 posted already) that will simply scatter the responses .... Does it matter, probably not, just seems like a change for change sake ....

It was a request from one of your fellow members for a separate "spotted" forum.
I'm quite happy to unlock the original thread if people want to continue using it instead of creating new posts.

I didn't ask for it but I think it's a good idea. Other car forums I've used do the same.

With one big thread, you are less likely to get a response from a new member for example. With a separate forum I think it's more likely that people will notice the topic (e.g. When doing the new posts search) and then respond.

Worth giving it a try. Change is good...
