DAB Radio jumps back a few seconds and repeats

Every morning on my drive to work whilst listened in to the radio at a certain point on my journey just after a tunnel the radio jumps back or rewinds a few seconds and repeats what has just been heard.

As this happens at the same point in the journey I’m thinking it must be either a transmitter switch or the transmission is somehow buffered and “lost” in the tunnel and I’m hearing a resync on exiting as the buffer runs down and signal re-acquired. I do not actually miss any of the transmission as it overlaps/repeats.

I’ve not had a DAB radio in a car before so I am wondering if this is normal?

When this has happened to me, it has been after the Dab signal has been lost and it has auto switched to the FM signal?
When the radio reaquires the DAB signal, it repeats a chunk as the DAB playback is behind the FM playback due to the buffering required by DAB playback.
If you display the radio station on the central display you should see the auto switch between FM and DAB happen.
