Cooling, and cam rattle

Hi guys , I was recently losing coolant and could not see where so took my f type rag top to my local JLR independent workshop. He contacted me and explained the cooling pipes at the back of the engine are plastic and become brittle and let water escape . He then states the cam has a rattle he then goes on the jag web page and shows me the there is an upgrade 1 the cooling pipe are now metal so won’t happen again ,and there is an upgrade for the bearings for the cam . He order all the bits and now my baby, is cool and quiet . A 64 plate by the way so pleased with the garage they now do velar as well. When I say cam ,I think it as supercharger sorry.
 
Do name your specialist so others can benefit! And he might like a bit of positive publicity, too. ;)
