Convertible boot panel removal

Any one know how to get the panel at the rear of the boot off. This is the part that has the emergency release attached.
Looks like it’s held on by some wierd fasteners and I can’t work out how to get it off.

One bolt away from getting my rear light out!

I recently removed this panel mate. I used a trim tool to pry the fasteners off. Unfortunately I snapped a few, but they’re cheap enough on eBay to replace.

Thanks for the info.
Managed to get the carpet out from behind it without having to remove that panel in the end luckily.
I tried poking and prodding at those fasteners but with no luck. I assumed they were an allen key to start with!
