The make many sizes and various approach angles to accommodate low-clearance vehicles. Very light too, at about 10-15 pounds each. Popular at track events.
I use a racing jack and their wheel cribs (and chocks) to service under the vehicle if you don't need to remove a wheel. The cribs come in various heights and can be double stacked to accommodate the desired height. Faster and easier than setting up on jack stands (again, if you don't need to remove a wheel). And can placed under all four wheels for complete lift (unlike ramps).
