Campaign SSM74031 X152 Under body brace corrosion

I would like to acknowledge and thank all the contributions made by members of this Forum re this issue.
All braces are being replaced on mine next week, at NO cost to me, after some very minor rust was found recently.
In brief, I have an early 5 litre S that is serviced by an independent mechanic who bought the issue to my attention. Armed with his report and information from this Forum, the initial dismissive response from JLR (Aust) was that the rust was caused by 'stone chips and bottoming-out'.
After calling upon the support of our Office of Fair Trading Dept, JLR (Aust) have amended their opinion.

90% of the way through this job, braces removed, exhaust removed, all underside bolts eased out, but getting nervous of undoing the last few bolts on this part below as worried how difficult it will be to align everything up again. Can you offer any words of reassurance pls.
Going to get everything powder-coated next week all going to plan.
Also sprayed high temperature grease up the vacuum inlet which seems to have totally silenced the valves, but wondering if I should split the exhaust to get right in there? How easy is that whilst off the car?

For anyone thinking of doing this, really not very difficult, perhaps 1.5 hours work to remove everything, including rear valance, exhaust etc.
Can't wait to get everything back from power coating, going for Satin black. Exhaust is looking good. Pumped a load of high temperature grease into the vacuum pipe to silence the valves.

Yeah, just bought some stuff at lunchtime s a precaution whilst everything is off, , but in all honesty everything else looks quite good, but no harm in applying. Perhaps a little bit of corrosion below the bumper when I removed the rear diffuser, will take pictures before and after.
Yes, I was £70 to get everything powder coated in Satin Black.
