Bring me a low loader

Well it’s been an enjoyable 18 months, but it was inevitable that I was going to have a trip on a low loader at some point!

Just a series of loud clicks when you push the start button. No low battery warning, and I tried a jump start, but nothing doing. The very friendly AA man has diagnosed a starter motor. Abandoned in a car park until tomorrow.

I’m hoping to get it in to Tem Lenthalls, but if they can’t have it, has anybody had any warranty work done at Jag Reading, Basingstoke or Guildford?

He’s busy lately as usual, but I’m sure Tom will fix it under warranty if you can get it in there - done a couple of warranty items for me very promptly.
Previously I had very good service from Guildford, but not used them in a while since it changed and people leaving.
Let us know how you get on and hope it’s fixed soon.
…then maybe another local meet up and no problems keeping up like in the merc

Can’t fault the AA. 40 minutes for a Tech last night, and whilst it was a 4hr slot for a Low Loader they called 20 minutes before arrival & I just went to meet them.

Off to Tom’s, hopefully. I didn’t get any paperwork so it could be on eBay / in Lithuania by now!

Yes, but it was tight. He was expecting a bit of a scrape.
