Brake pads and discs

Hi everyone, I’m after some advice on having new front brake pads and discs fitted please. My local Jaguar MD in Coventry doesn’t seem to want to know as called them 3 times this week to ask for a quote but heard nothing back from them. Any recommendations for an Independent in the Coventry, Warwick, Bromsgrove area please? Cheers
 
I asked for a quote from my Shrewsbury JLR dealer last week too, and got no reply.

I guess they're so busy they're turning away work..... :|

Probably because they are closing down and moving - they are scrapping the Jag dealership and moving into the Landrover site up the road

I've never liked that dealer, they forgot to change the oil in my diff which is now knackered, and i've bought two ftypes from them.

I use Farriers in Ratby by Leicester, they do pickup and delivery for me but I dunno about Cov.... they are a great indy

I've used the dealer in Solihull they were ok for main dealer prices

somone i work with uses these guys for his XF and says they are good https://www.jaguarspecialistsbirmingham.co.uk/

Roll your sleeves up and fit them yourself :roll: . Not a difficult job and first time an hour or so.
Parts cheaper from web than any dealer will sell them for and no labour, plus personal satisfaction in doing it.
 
Thanks guys. I won’t be calling them a 4th time then now I know they’re closing down. I’ll try Listers Jaguar in Solihull I think tomorrow 👍
Come on jeeper you know I’m a greengrocer and not a bl**dy car mechanic!! 🤣
