Brake calliper nameplate

The Jaguar nameplate on my red brake callipers is looking a bit tatty and I would like to renew them.
I believe the plate is attached to the retaining clip and it looks like a fairly easy task.

Has anyone carried out this out and if so where did you get the new clips or plate from?
I’ve had a quick look and most of the clips I’ve seen for sale seem to be minus the name plate???

Is it just the Jaguar logo that as worn off as mine did ? If so you can just polish up the plate and replace the logo. All can be done without removal.

I've only just bought the decals last week, not got round to doing the calipers yet.

As far as I can tell, the clips simply pop in and out.

I've just bought a set of 3 (1 spare) from https://www.brakecaliperdecals.co.uk/Jaguar-Decals/Jaguar-Clip-Brake-Caliper-Decalsfor approx £5

They also sell the clips that the decals fit on to if you want to replace those as well

After further examination this morning I think I’d prefer to replace the whole retainer clip with nameplate. I have spoken to the company you mention and unfortunately they only supply the decals.

Any suggestions where to buy the clips other than a main dealer? I’ve searched Google without success.

Just had a price from the main dealer, they quoted £105.48 in VAT which I think is excessive for 2 clips.

TRW manufacture the calipers. I know you can purchase either black, red or non powder coated calipers and carriers.
They may sell you new clips if you ask, but they will be non branded I think.
