Black rear badges

I am considering changing all the badges on the rear of the car to black. Has anyone done this and if so did they replace them with ebay items, wrap them, plasti dip them or paint them. Also are they all stuck to the car or do some of them have locating pins ?

Piece of nylon wire behind them & carefully slide it behind. Most of the new ones come with a template. I bought some like this but not got round to trying them. Black would be better on my car I guess.

I bought one off ebay recently. This one is matte black but there was gloss available. Haven't fitted yet. Don't know if it will be ok or not as it was only £5.50 inc postage from China!

If I fit it then I won't have the Jaguar letters, just the prowler.

AIUI, the new F-types have black badges as standard, maybe buy them from Jaguar?
