Hi All - just needed to post a message about my return from the dark side, 6 months ago i sold my 340 coupe and bought a 911 991.2 C4. However i have to say that i never really felt the love for the Porsche - lack of exhaust noise and generally no soul (plus numerous rattles which was disappointing) - so on Saturday i did a deal with Jaguar Wolverhampton who gave me a very fair price for the Porsche against a type R Awd in Silver.
I couldn't be more excited and just cant wait for the Jag to arrive (possibly in September - now just waiting on a build date)
I do over 18,000 miles a year so having the 5 litre make no sense whatsoever !! But after the test drive last week i was totally smitten - so what the hell. I'll just have to give up sky sports, wine, holidays food etc and then i should be ok
