AW93-18808-BC vs AW93-18808-EC mids

Hi folks
I'm looking at doing the speaker upgrades, I've got the tweeters and subs but struggling with the mids (AW93-18808-BC); ebay is littered with AW93-18808-EC though; does anyone know the material difference between the BC and EC varients and if they can be used?
 
I couldn't find the mids either AW93-18808-BC, so I ended up buying the AW93-18808-EC mids with the extra tweeters fitted as I was feed up with the poor sound. I actually fitted all of these 2 weeks ago and have had no issues. Sounds loads better than the standard set up. I would say go for them.
 
AW93-18808-BC are single cone like the standard speaker, just made with better material Kevlar I believe.
And AW93-18808-EC are dual cone mid and tweeter all in the one speaker but made with Kevlar as well.
If I'm wrong with this I'm sure someone wii correct me 👍
 
Alright cool! I'll give it a few more weeks to see if the BC variant pop up because the ECs are a bit pricey but if not I'll grab them.

How much did you guys pay for you base door speakers and where did you them. Loads on eBay but don’t want to buy the wrong ones and they aren’t plug and play
 
I waited for ages for the bass speakers to come up on ebay but eventually bought new ones from Britcar https://britcar.com/search.php?query=Lr047119&xBrand=&part_type=&xSupplierID=&product-sort=&xPerPage=10
