Hi

I have just bought a Jaguar F Type R V8, a week after I turned 70.
Probably makes me one of the older F Type owners.

Regards

Captain Slow
I'm one of the senior brethren of this parish (agewise) and have just celebrated the 21st anniversary of my 50th birthday. I thoroughly enjoy my 2016 V6S coupe, which keeps my Gilbern Invader MkII and MB 300SL company. I drive a 30ft German motorhome all over Europe (when I am on that side of the Atlantic) pulling a Toyota iQ behind me..and for the rest of the year, live in the Bahamas...but not for long. Moving back full time to the UK. The Jag will be given lots of use!
Oh, my first Jag was bought when I was just 18; a 3.4 saloon of 1957 vintage (Mk1) and 2 XJS-HEs, a coupe ('86) and a convertible ('89) when they were new. Always been a Petrolhead and a Jag fan.

53 based on some excellent advice I received. Once you reach 60 you then start counting down on further birthdays!

39 here and just about to get my third Jaguar.

XFR-S -> MY17 F-Type R Coupe -> MY18 F-Type R Coupe

Seb

I'm another old duffer who should know better than to buy an F Type at my age, I'm 69. Mind you I've also got a 1934 MG PA, a 1957 XK150FHC, a 1997 Ferrari F355GTS and a couple of almost sensible cars a Mini Cooper (BMW bloater) and an F Pace for 'er indoors. I say, "you're only old once".
