I wasn't using it as a valuation tool, more to identify to the OP the difference in price, partially due to the incorrect number of owners and service history as advertised.

When I was looking for wife's replacement car so many high end well specced examples lacked documentation, service history and even a spare key.
Maybe he modern PCP society of dropping 70-90k on a new car then not really caring how it's kept.
Shame really.

Op...keep looking, a car will be out there. Be patient and get the right car for you.

The red one I was hoping to haggle on from earlier in the thread had sold by the time I got in touch! So what’s changed is the budget I’ve decided to part finance the car so I can get spec I want and security of Jag warranty - man maths prevails again!

Big thanks again for all your help in the buying process and look forward to joining you as a proud f-type owner! I should be able to pick the car up in a week or so fingers crossed.

The red one was a 2014 V8 S at Salvatore performance, notable for having carbon ceramics. I was agonising about whether I could live with the base hifi / no switchable exhaust but missed my moment anyway!

I’ll post some pics when I get the car but I’ve gone for a P450 R-dynamic convertible on a 71 plate in British racing Green - so I’ve gone from one of the earliest to one of the latest cars… hence man maths needed! I wanted RWD, meridian, a few key options, CarPlay is helpful and BRG is my favourite colour, this had them all so financial sense went out the window. The car isn’t actually at the dealer yet so a couple of weeks more of agonising waiting!
 
Sounds great, I got rid of my V8S Ftype in 2018 and regretted it ever since so I saw a red 2014 V8S last month and now back in one.
