Aftermarket Brake Pads

At some point within the next 12 months my car will need new pads. JLR quoted me (at the current exchange rate) $800 for front, rear incl sensors.
Aftermarket I've been quoted $470-$500.

The JLR pads are hellish expensive. What's the opinion of going with a non-Jaguar branded pad but one made for this type of performance car?
The last thing I want is a noisy pad or juddering.

Porterfield (US) and Pagid (Germany) get used quite a bit.I think.

I've had Pagid on a number of cars and found indies quite often had used them, when I came to change the pads myself later on.

I’ve just fitted new Mintex pads back and front, on my 2014 3.0 S with performance brakes. There is no juddering or excessive dust so far but not many miles covered yet.
Cost was all of £82.19 doing it myself, it’s not a difficult job if you have the right basic tools, most of the JLR cost will be labour and tax.
MDB3376 at £53.14 on the front
MDB3377 at £29.05 on the rear
