2019 F type p300 coolant level low warning

i drove my p300 to have a trip yesetday,

drove to the moutain (about 10~12 Celsius), everything is fine, i admire the view there for a while



then i was about to drive back home , then i first time saw the warning : coolant level low



then i drove to the nearest car repare shop to add coolant liquid( not stock product ) to min level line ,



after that the warning is vanish.

but when i drove for 1 hour the car show the coolant level low warning again, i ignored it then keep drive 30 mins to get home (smooth drive )

when i am home i check the coolant level, wow its level become lower obvious , so i added water to min level line.



today i went to the agent dealer , they found the problem as picture below


coolant leaks from this pipe ,

this pipe product number is : T2R47919 , Name : HOSE , luckily its not expensive

i have to wait 1 month for this new pipe sent from UK....omg

i hope this problem can be solved by exchange the new pipe.


just offer the information to help who has p300 (as i know from internet , only V6 or V8 model has coolant issue....now p300 has same issue too).

my question i drive about 30 mins+40 mins when i saw coolant level low(drive smooth , low rpm , 1000~3000) ....is that really hurt car engine? need more check?

That pipe doesn't look right. Should be like this.



Had any repairs previously? Looks like you are missing a bit.

Ok. Your clearly missing the connector between the two different pipes so not surprised it is just pouring out.

I don't see any other such failures and even if it failed it should still be there and not completely missing.

maybe its different product year and jaguar improve its part .

yes, i will ask dealer for more detail about where is the connector and why they sent this picture to me ranther than with connector with liquid leaking

hi all,

i asked dealer today,

it actually the real pipe look like , it didnt miss any part.

dealer showed me the structure diagram of the pipes (he use my car vin number to get the stock product diagram)

red circle is the failure part of the pipe



this kind of pipes exist only in p300 model.

and the i wish NCE 61 can take picture of the other side of the pipe.

i think the picture will look alike like mine.

in conclusion, the leakage is due to the failure of the pipies no because of missing the connector .
