2017 SVR - For Sale

Hi All,

I am reluctantly thinking about selling my mistress - registration M3 KRO. The Car has less than 11,000 miles on the clock and was originally on number plate OV17 KVK (which i would switch back to in any sale) when simple-r did all the checks for me back in January 2019.

I've loved the car but I am just not driving it enough and i liken it to having a mistress and a wife - the SVR is my mistress but i would never leave my wife for her so she needs to be set free instead of just sitting their on the drive.

The car is in Caldera Red with all the usual SVR refinements and of course full service history etc I suppose I am testing the market with this post and I am looking for any reasonable offer for a car of this year and low mileage for private sale. Any questions or anyone genuinely interested PM me and ask any questions you like.
 
Are you offering it for sale, or inviting a discussion to make you see sense? If the former, put it in the ForSale/Wanted section. If the latter, strap in!
 
I missed the for sale section !!! maybe that is a sign? I must admit I am torn and I suppose that is the way it is with a mistress (which I have never had BTW).

Anyway thanks for pointing out and I'll repost appropriately - maybe not just yet..... it's the weekend, the sun is out and the mistress want's attention.
 
Why do you think you are not driving it enough? Just low miles in general or do other cars you have do a better job most of the time?

I find myself the F-type can be overlooked if I’m concerned about parking (say) which means I sometimes “forget” to take it out!
 
I can understand not using car enough. I do that all too often. Easy to jump into the electric car, park anywhere, zero fuel costs, etc. Have to remind myself sometimes to use it, but then take a long time to come back home :)

As an aside forum rules require a selling price, especially as you’ve listed it as ‘for sale’
 
I don't do enough miles in general now - I have 3 cars and total mileage for all 3 does not exceed 6000 now I'm retired. We do get out but TBH my wife struggles to get in / out the Jag so when we both go out it's one of the other cars. If I do decide to sell I'll put a price on the car and put the listing in the right forum. It's a lovely weekend so that does encourage me to find an excuse to get out.
 
We also have 3 cars (F type, XE, Abarth).and probably do less than 8000 miles across all three.

I said that maybe we should go down to just having two and sell the XE. This idea was rejected immediately, as I'm told they are all needed as they fulfill different purposes! Seemples as the meerkats say.
