Has anyone else with a basic V6 got this? Hi Jagman, welcome!<div><br></div><div>You are incredibly lucky to get a one month turnaround - how'd you manage that?! Mine has been 3 months but I'm picking it up next week thankfully. I've ordered the base V6 with the switchable exhaust (I think those that don't will regret it). I'll post a video of mine next week but in the meantime, here's an idea of the difference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECda0LG3Y88</div><div><br></div><div>Although Autocar in their review of the base V6 did say the sound without the exhaust was still pretty good, this car is all about theatre for me and the sound is the biggest part of that. </div><div><br></div><div>Good luck with the waiting!</div>

Bet that has been an agonising three months! Hope you enjoy it when you finally get the chance to drive it

The dealer has told me that any new orders taken now have a delivery date of October! <span style="line-height: 1.4;">That is torture, a month is long enough! </span></div><div><br></div><div>I think your right about the Active exhausts. With the active exhausts on is there much difference between the base V6 and the V6 S engine tone?<div><br></div><div>Listening to the V6 S engines on You tube they sound awesome and hope that the smaller engine is much the same. <span style="line-height: 1.4;">Certainly the video Wellzee posted (thanks) there </span>doesn't appear to be too much difference. </div><div>Should still be enough to scare the local villagers <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>Did you post some pictures of your car I can't see them here?</div><div><br></div><div>Jagman</div><div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>
Just got word from the dealer that my car has just been delivered - eight days early!<br /><br />Problem is I am overseas for the next two weeks and can't pick it up 
<br /><br />But the turn around has been only 28 days from order to delivery, That is both impressive and very lucky. <br /><br />Oh, I cant wait now! )) <br /><br /><br /><br />
