Trip reset

Is there any way you can reset the trip without resetting all the other things like average fuel / speed etc? Bloody annoying if you can't.<br>
 
I've not managed to do this. As you say, reset means exactly that in that it resets everything associated with the selected trip, A, B or Auto.
 
Yes, I find this annoying too, like lots of things about this car....but I'm willing to forgive them all because the car is just FANTASTIC!
 
In fairness, I've never seen another car with such an option (i.e., alll work the same as Jag), although I've never owned anything German, which I suspect would be the most likely to have this, if at all.
 
Same on my Audi. Also a tad annoying the you can't display trip time IMHO<br /><br />I found it useful to reset ave speed for use during specs speed camera roadworks so miss the individual reset quite badly. Also miss the adaptive cruise. But still love it all the same.<edited><editID>Snapper</editID><editDate>2015-09-24 00:08:18</editDate></edited>
 
For average speed cameras, I just set the speed limiter.<br /><br />I admit I'd like to have adaptive cruise control, which JLR offer on other cars, but I guess they decided it wasn't in keeping with the F-Type's character...shame though.
