Sports cars in the park Pictures

Five of us from the Forum Big Bri, Gillie, gsxrm3, Northern Gooner and Frp1 met up today at Sports Cars in the Park at Newby Hall. There were over 800 fantastic cars on display - including our babys of course, It was good to meet you guys.

So glad I ordered ultimate blue metallic .. was not sure at 1st but very pleased with my choice :)
 
The second photo would make a great F type calendar shot. Must be because Jaguars live in forests :lol:

Alsp, I quite like the look of those grey wheels, plain black always seems a bit flat to me. That's got me thinking.
 
Cheers Bri, enjoyed the day only next time will go up to the exit to watch some of the cars leaving and strutting their stuff.

I agree. The finish on those wheels are quite subtle but they work extremely well.
 
Looks like you had a great day fellas. Maybe it was a good job I didn't make it this time. I might have looked a gooseberry amidst all your coupes ;)
 
Hi Chaps and nice to meet you all yesterday and out of all the 800 sports cars there yesterday I think we all had the best looking cars and thanks Bri for organising it. Cheers
 
Thanks to all who attended even though the weather could have been a little better. I think we held our own amongst some pretty special cars and leaving was a bit of a blast. I see there's already some decent footage on you tube.
If anyone's interested the same organiser does a similar event at Lotherton Hall near Leeds in the autumn (some time in September) I think It would make a pretty special display if we could encourage even more to go.

Looks great, thanks for sharing the pics. I really want a blue one now....How much prep did you do? Im always put off by the faff of doing a show shine, especially as you then drive there. Well that and the mornings aspect of it ;p
 
I don't know about the rest in attendance, but I cleaned my car two days before the meet and didn't touch it on arrival and parked up along side everyone else, none of the other F types were touched either. Just arrived and enjoyed the show.
