Thanks to some lovely builder leaving a nail gun nail lovingly on the road in my village
I now have a spare Pirelli Tyre available from the opposing right rear side as I am replacing both with Michelins.

4mm tread on 10000 miles, from a late 2018 P300, original tyre
£60, collection from North of Junction 11 on M40.
Might just save you the price of 2 immediately if you meet the same fate as me!
