Seat switches - chrome paint chipping off

Hi, i dont have the memory pack, so just 2 basic knobs with tilt and height functions. Annoyingly the crome edging is chipping off. I've dabbed it with a chrome pen but really it needs new switches on both sides.

Does anyone know if they pop off for replacement or is it full door card off, replace the entire seat switch panel?
