What a pain, tyre pressure warning alerted me, checked and foun a screw poking out. Brilliant. So will probs take the opportunity to swap the fronts to michelin ps4s. Totally could do without it though.
BUm*er ... do you need new tyres? Is the screw at the edge of the tread pattern? If no to both then plug the puncture and wait for the better weather to pop on the PS4s ... just a thought ...
